You can do your degree from anywhere. You have to focus on the campus placements.
All the best.

Not, you should go for marketing and international business management as a dual specialization because you are already an engineer. Now, there no need to go for those subjects which you have studies in engineering. Otherwise, your placement option will be narrowed down.
Good luck.

If you have done Bachelor degree, you can go for Masters as it will really add to your prospects of good jobs. If Masters is done, then you can go for a job. However, to get into teaching Jobs, a degree and experience in research will be the best.

Are you good in engineering subjects? If you think that you are good in engineering, and due to some reason, you didn't score well in BE, then prepare for GATE.
If you have less than 60% in engineering, don't opt for GATE, as you need 60% for the same. You need first class Bachelor degree to pursue M.Tech from IITs and NITs.
If you have scored below 60% and have less interest in engineering subjects, you can go for MBA.

If you want to apply for government or semi-government jobs, then you have to give GATE exam. Today most of the government or semi government companies are hiring candidates through GATE only. Some companies have vacancies without GATE also.

Projection wise both will be required in the near future. While the trend as of now is for EEE, you have to look for when u graduate after 4 years. Read the column by expert and make a decision.
