To apply for BTech IT, the applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements: Candidates must pass their 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognised institution. They must have majored in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in high school.

In order to be eligible for the B.Tech. in Civil Engineering programme at Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology, a candidate must have earned at least a PCM/Diploma grade of 55% (45% for those from the reserved category). The Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology's B.Tech. Civil Engineering programme lasts four years.

The four-year, full-time Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering programme is given by  Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology. The candidate must pass Intermediate (10+2) with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry from a board that is recognised by the government, such as CBSE, ISC, the UK Board, or another board. The JEE, UKSEE, or state government recognised engineering entrance test rank is required for admission.

It is quite tough to get admission in Delhi technological universitiy at this Percentile.As you should get rank under 5000 from other state quota to get Admission in this colleges .Delhi technological universitiy is best in terms of Placement, infrastructure and faculty so the cutoff for this college is quite high.
