Heriot-Watt University offers a January intake for its M.Sc. Civil Engineering and Construction Management course. The course uses experience from their internationally recognised Construction Project Management course and combines it with their high-profile Civil Engineering postgraduate course to provide a broad and valuable education. I couldn't find any information on other courses available for January intake at Heriot-Watt University. However, you can apply for all postgraduate programmes using their online application form.
