Hello, the basic qualification to become an IFS officer is graduation in any branch. One needs to appear for the civil services examination that is conducted by UPSC every year and then get qualify through the written and the interview round. Minimum age limit is 21 and maximum age limit depends on what community you belong to. For General Category, it is 32 years, OBC 35 years, SC & ST 37 years.

Yes, you can, unless you appeared for the MCI screening. Eligibility criteria is to have a degree recognised by the Indian Government, and you need to be a citizen of India. If you qualify it, you will be eligible. Good Luck.
