The candidate must have a Bachelors degree to fill the UPPSC exam application form. Some special posts require special educational qualifications. There is no minimum percentage in the Graduation exam required to fill out the UPPSC application. The candidate with any percentage and stream can apply for the exam. The candidates appearing in their final year of qualifying exam can also apply for the exam.
