Hello,
It is all up to you how much you are dedicated towards your goals, and how much you are serious towards your preparation and if you have a clear vision and target towards UPSC exams and you are unable to give time to your studies and if your parents are financial strong, then you can quit the job and first focus for Exams to fulfill your dreams. Well, I will suggest you to sit and ask yourself which one will be easy for. Check the syllabus of B.Tech and BA LL.B as both are totally in opposite directions. In B.Tech, you will learn the concepts of the related domain of engineering. In BA LL.B, arts and law.

Hello Sachin, It's very nice indeed to know your desire to become IAS. Good. My advise is to select that subject and course which fascinates you. In UPSC exam, your knowledge in your selected subject is tested. So it makes no difference whether you are B.A. Or B.Com or BE or MBBS. Thorough knowledge of the subject is what matters.
