Indian Administrative Service (IAS) is a civil services exam conducted by Union Public Services Commission (UPSC). It is one of the toughest competitive exams in India. To be eligible to apply for the IAS exam, a candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university and should not be more than 30 years of age. Its not about re-exam but the reason for re-exam. If you failed then admission in top B-Schools or IAS exam would be difficult.
