Actually, there are two exams to join the Indian Navy and those are:
-NDA: National Defence Academy
-CDS: Combined Defence Service
Qualifications required for NDA exam:
-Should have completed 10+2
-Should have studied maths and science
-Age should be between 16.5-19 years
Qualifications required for CDS exam:
-Should have completed graduation from a recognised university
-Age should be between 19-22 years
-These two exams are conducting by Union Public Service commission two Times in a year.
These are the qualifications required to join the Indian Navy.

Both fields denoted by you are opposite to each other. If your aim is to join IAS than forget everything. Just complete your graduation and start preparing for UPSC. It will require a lot of focused energy. So you can go ahead with B.Sc. In the meantime while the course of your graduation develop a habit of reading extensively. Keep watch on all the events whether national, international or regional. Let yourself gain maximum knowledge of general studies along with your B.Sc subjects. Most importantly keep faith in yourself.

KAS (Karnataka Administrative Service) Exam is conducted by KPSC (Karnataka Public Service Commission) once in every year.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should be a citizen of India.
Candidates should have a complete graduation or any equivalent Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Final year candidates also eligible for this exam.
Age limit:
General Category age limit: 20 to 30 years.
OBC category age limit: 21 to 33 years.
SC/ST category age limit: 21 to 35 years.
