Basically Interview is to access your intellectual talent. They won't focus much on your 12th or Graduation Score. If you haven't done well in 12th, there is nothing to worry.

There is no bar on Upper Age limit for appearing UPSC Civil Services Examination ( Screening Test for IAS). But there is bar on maximum number of attempts.

Dear sir, i don't have any damn idea about IAS, so am sorry in that case. But what i know or feel is MBA and IAS are two different poles and hence you should confine yourself to either MBA or IAS exams.
And yeah my friend the best institutions to study MBA are all the IIMs.

Exception acedmic performance at all stages from School to university increases your chances to make it to Civil Services examination. Hi Ankit! I don't think dropping a year is a good idea. I think , you join IIFM and prepare for IFS simultaneously. You will also get an edge in this way.
