Hi Prashant,
To become an IAS officer you have to appear in Civil Service Exam.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
Academic Qualification:
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a well known college or university.
You can pursue graduation in any stream.
Candidates who have appeared at an examination the passing of which would render them educationally qualified for the Commission's examination but have not been informed of the results as also the candidates who intend to appear at such a qualifying examination will also be eligible for admission to the

You will be required to appear inCivil Services exam conducted by UPSC every year. You are eligible if you are have a graduation degree and you are above 21 year old.

It s very difficult to identify which course is best for making into IAS list of Civil Services. You are advised to chose subjects based on your interest and past performance( Subjects in which you are sure to achieve acedmics excellance).

Hi
For Master's at IIT, you need to appear for IIT JAM and GATE is also accepted. For abroad, you must have GRE/GMAT score and IELTS/TOEFL. Rest of the requirements will be as per the country you choose to apply. You may go for M.tech/ M.E / Mba abroad. For USA, take a look here.

There are quite a few of them with UPSC the best followed by state PSC exams, Railways, Bank exam. I suggest you read Employment news paper regularly which will keep you apprised about such exams.
