Hrushikesh if you can become an IAS officer then I suggest that you do not think of anything else. If you want to go in the acting profession then why prepare for being an IAS. You must then join a theatre. Technically speaking you can go for acting form any profession or job.

No Rahul, in my opinion it will might not prove to be good if your objective is to crack the UPSC exam. The reason is that while doing BBA you will be exposed to limited opportunities for all round studies. You will be focussed on management subjects and problem solving methods or may be just touching the outlines of other subjects. Where-as for IAS you need to have all-round knowledge. You cannot proceed further for IAS postion unless you clear the prelims of UPSC exam. To crack the prelims you need to have good knowledge of current affairs, should be having good general knowledge and a sense of logic to select the best answer out of

Hi Asim, This question is like comparing apples and oranges. You cannot compare IAS with MBA. Both are very different is their own perspective. Also it depends upon interest of a person what he/she wants to choose.
