If you want to go for government job, then you should definitely go for IAS. If you want to get high salary and want to go for private sector job, then you should go for engineering.

If you are sure about your choice you may go with arts as it gives more time for IAS preparations. If you go with Science and the graduation from engineering or any graduation you will land up with a safe and strong backup as well.

Good. All the best
Start studying for competitive exam from right now
Start reading newspapers every day, be updated with new things
Start your training classes (YouTube is best )
Be mentally prepared
Competition is very high, so it's very much difficult to complete those exams
But you have more chance to get passed in everything
Work hard, think smart, improve your qualitative skills
All the best '
Thanks.

The fee structure at IPS Academy For B.Com is around INR 50100 annually and for the full course duration, the fees would be around INR 1,50,300 for 3 years, so just go for it and have a bright future ahead.
