UPSC Civil Services Exam Age Limit: The candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not be more than 32 years of age. General Category & EWS: 32 years; 6 attempts. OBC (with Certificate 32 years + 3 years; 9 attempts. SC/ST: 32 years + 5 years; unlimited attempts. UPSC exam is conducted in 3 modes - pre, Mains and interview. All the aspirants preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, having doubts about the Physical fitness for IAS Physical Test for IAS Officer, Medical requirements for IAS etc. This article will give some clarity on the Physical requirements for Officer preparing for IAS Exam. There is no height, weight and chest girth minimum requirement as such for candidates for the IAS unlike the technical services. However, if the candidates measurements are disproportionate as regarded by the medical board, the candidates can be hospitalized for investigation and chest X-ray can be taken. Please note the technical services have certain minimum requirements. Candidates should have a proper vision in the eyes. Corrections permitted are spectacles, CL and refractive surgery like LASIK, ICL, IOL, etc. Those who have myopia with macular degenerative changes will be declared unfit for service in the IAS. People with a squint in the eyes are fit for service. Night blindness is also not a ground for candidates to be declared unfit.

C. exams based on your educational qualification as the required qualification for these examination is that student must have completed your Bachelor degree course with any stream from a recognised university. UPSC exam only required graduation. If you completed graduation then you are eligible for it. But you have to study for it in full determination Beacuse its not like a cakewalks. Every one is eligible for UPSC-CSE, they only demand graduation. So As per the eligibility criteria, any candidates who have appeared or are appearing in final year degree examination can appear for the exam.
