You can write on your words but the answer must reflect the right thing asked in question. Vocabulary must be strong. It is difficult to memorize everything hence you have to write the summary in your own word.

The ambition is very good but I don't think any government employee can buy that car because they have a limited income and IT department bring them under surveillance because that car's min price is 8CR. So sorry to say but it is not possible.
