You can pursue any as per your area of interest. What actually matters for IAS Entrance is your knowledge and command on the subjects. If you don't have any particular inclination then you can also look for IAS oriented BA Programme being offered by UPES Dehradun as this is exclusively designed for IAS aspirants.
