Hello dear, Eligibility criteria, a student is required to have a Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognised university to be eligible for CDS. The Combined Defence Services CDS is the examination for recruitment into Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. Anyone can appear for UPSC irrespective of what they did in graduation. If you are 21 years old and have a graduate degree, you can go and write UPSC.
