This is extremely sad to know about your loss of registration card. But since, the question is of getting back, be it duplicate or new one, it is just about in class 11th. Yes, you should have saved your important card properly but now all that is left for you is to confront the situation now. Ask your class teacher or any helpful faculty whom you think will solve your problem. Yes, you will be objected for being careless, you even might be scolded but you want your card. Even if your class 12th card would have been lost, then too you had to contact your school faculty first and at last but not the least keep searching your registra
