Just do what you are doing, and focus on the Mains, because Mains is the key of your course and to secure a seat in a university, you can do it pretty easily, because you are in class 11th and you have much time to prepare.

For neurosurgeon, you must take Biology in class 11th, then only you will be able to become a neurosurgeon. By taking PCM, you can't become the Neurosurgeon at all. But why don't you choose engineering like BE/B.Tech. Or, if you don't want to go for engineering, then go for BA or B.Sc.

No, not really. No one really asks for class 11th marks, though there could be places where they can but majorly not. But it's good that you are doing well in your class, will help you to build over in next class.

The jump from the level of Science you study in class 10th to the level of Science you study in class 11th is massive. That is the sole reason why the Science stream subjects seems to be daunting. When it comes to physics, it is a subject, which is purely based on concept. Once you start getting a hold on the subject matter of physics, it seems pretty easy. But, for that you need to study thoroughly. When it comes to syllabus, it is not big. But, the amount of time you get to study these topics is really less, which puts student under pressure. For admission In class 11 you have to clear the +2 entrance exam of AMU. Based on your result, your are offered the course to study in 11 class.
The cut-off generally ranges above 70 out of 100 to get admission in 11th class.
