Yes, friend. You are eligible for taking admission in BFM you only need 50% in your 12th class as maths being one of the main subject.

Your stream does not depend upon the percentage you got in 10. Rather it depends upon the interest you have to pursue. I advice you to just take that branch in which you are suitable and from you which you can achieve your aim in future. Every branch has it's own importance and have scope in their respective field. So don't take pressure that choosing a stream in your 11 or choosing your branch in your undergraduate programme affect your job opportunity. It totally depends on you. If you want to become a doctor (BUMS or MBBS) and want to do pharmacy course, you can choose science stream. If you want to become an accountant, CA (Chartered accountant) or Company Secretary, you can choose commerce stream.

In Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics, BCA B.Sc. CS or IT, BMS, B.Com B.Sc. LL.B. etc. know your interests and aptitude and decide what to study.
