JEE Mains scores aren't seen with % scale; although you can convert your score into %. Rankings and caste are very important. Answer for your question; if you score 95% in JEE Mains that will give you a rank under 100. That is super excellent.

Getting into course is generally through an entrance exam which is conducted either by a recognized board like CBSE or State level exams which are conducted by State sponsored universities.

You should take up non-medical with PCM in your 11th standard, with computer as an optional subject. Once you have completed your 10+2, you should apply for B.Tech in computers.
