With your academics, chances of obtaining a scholarship are high. These scholarships are provided by the universities itself, you have to check the university websites to learn about the financial aid they offer to international students. JEE exam has two language options English and Hindi, so you will also have Hindi paper for JEE but would recommend you to start learning English because none of the institutes teaches in Hindi.
