I think you should complete your 11th and 12th in India because it's not very common that students go abroad for their higher secondary to foreign places. You have to find out schools first and then see which school admits international students. 11th and 12th are also expensive for international applicants. You can check the marks requirements directly with the schools.

Candidates wishing to pursue the course are needed to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria listed below in order to apply for the course:
Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification, completed from a recognized university, in the science stream, with physics, chemistry and biology as main subjects.
