Hi Shreya,
Complete your 10+2 with very good grades, a upper first class is required. Take the SAT and the TOEFL. Take part in extra curricular activities, literary work, project work related to mass comm etc and build a strong profile. Different universities would be having different admission requirements. You have to check the university websites for specific requirements and apply before the deadlines.

Hello Saurabh,
If you have nothing against PCM, then I suggest you continue with science in 12th. After finishing 12th, you can look up for various opportunities in video games designs. In two years plenty of things would have changed.
Best wishes

I suggest you to go for class 11th with science. It will be much more beneficial for you, as it will open scopes for you, and if you want to go for engineering ,then taking class 11th route will take less time.

Polytechnic or Diploma courses are for those students who are not able to afford high fees of regular technical colleges or due to some reason unable to take admission but don't want to waste their time.
You can take admission in polytechnic after class 10th or class 12th. After class 10th, it will be of three years and after 12h it will be of two years.
