You have to take PCM (Physics, chemistry, maths) as your main subject. I would suggest you not to take biology even as your optional subject. To become an electrical engineer, you have to take ECE or EEE in your engineering college. ECE is most preferred and for securing a good college, you have to start your preparation from now on. Please join some coaching classes now as you don't have no time to waste. There are two good competitive exams which you can prepare for:
JEE Mains and Advanced
IPU CET

Arts may be the best stream for you to take as there might be some chances that you will be frustrated after taking science without any concrete reason.

1. Candidates passed/appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with mathematics as one of the subjects (with 50% marks) is eligible to appear in NATA 2017.
2. The candidates passed/appearing in 10+3 Diploma with 50% marks (mathematics as one of the subjects) recognised by any state/central government can also apply.
I would suggest you to go for 11th, 12th and science PCM as it will take less time to become eligible for NATA. It will also open other options for you.

The subject you mentioned is about understanding the basics and getting the concepts clear, if you don't have the basics right every possibility is there that you won't be able to pass your graduation with desired grades which will impact your career. So my suggestion is if your basics are not clear and you don't enjoy quants, you should not opt for it.
