Hi Aparna,
Advanced (A) Level - (London / Cambridge / Sri Lanka) General Certificate Education is considered for IIT JEE Mains exams. If you have completed from one of these boards there is no need to enroll into a 10+2 program again.

Well, I would suggest PCMB only if you want to go for medical but want engineering to be your back up otherwise PCMC is better because at some point or another you have to learn computer languages.

You shouldn't choose on the basis of your marks but on your interests.
Work hard in any field you are passionate about and you won't regret your choice.
Also, remember that your peers affect your education.
Choose your environment wisely.

Hello Sam,
If you want to choose general science then you must go through State board as they had one subject for this but if you chose CBSE then you have to search that which school gives this subject.

You 'can' go for bifocal science with computer science as a subject. You can work with both hardware and software (programming).

The simplest way would be to opt for science and then apply for engineering.

1. Interested in real sciences, learning, think maths is fun, want a future in research, engineering or medical- go for science.
2. Want to learn about business, accounts, management and you are sure you won't get bored- go for commerce.
3. Interested in social sciences, literature, law, etc. - go for arts.
Seriously, this is not a complete list, there are many more options. Please find what you are passionate about rather than following what others say.
