If you have any specific interest, then follow it. If you don't, and you have the luxury to choose then opt for Science as you can switch later on depending on your interest if it changes.

Diploma after 11th wont help you much professionally. I would suggest you to complete your 12th first and then apply for B.Arch through JEE or NATA.

You can change your stream in class 12th itself but it will be difficult to study different subjects. Consult your school teachers, they can guide you better than online forums.

If you are looking for a long term and you are having below 60% in PCM in 10th and 11th, go for BBA, BCA, B.Sc (Agri), etc. If you are having above 60% in PCM in 10th, 11th go for B.Sc (Physics, Math, Chemistry) as per your interest.
