Yes, you can definitely meet the requirements of BBA MBA in India with the * score of a grade equal to XIIth. Best for you would be to check the eligibility and the academic excellence from the university which especially cater students coming from another country, LPU website has a separate page for candidates like you which gives all the details of the course you want to join as well the academic benefits offered to you. First of all I would like to inform you that you can give UPSC after your Bachelor degree in any stream or subjects. I would like to give you a advice that, you are in your initial phase of study because real competition starts after secondary exam so for now don't think much about becoming IPS just concentrate on your subjects in class 11th or 12th and attend some national level exam and give your best so you will be able to know how to compete and how to handle the pressure during preparation of national level exam and how to handle the failures and succees and I assure you that it will help you in future when you prepare

If you have time before the Entrance Exam then I suggest you to go through the NDA previous year question Bank book OF Arihant Publication. If you are able to solve the previous year's paper with a good score then your Preparation is good For this exam unless You have to work on it. I suggest you to solve at least previous Five year's paper Of NDA exam.
