You can admit after completing higher secondary in arts. But in case of a particular college, if there any rules of subject combination then you should confirm it from your preferable college.

If you had gone through previous Q&A regarding the subject you would have got your answer. Anyway, I must tell you that this is not a individual course. Journalism is an ancillary subject offered with few other courses like the BA Hons. courses; English, Bengali, Pol. Sc., Sociology and most importantly with BSc in Mass Communication & Videography.
If you want to study Journalism you can opt any of the above-mentioned courses.
After passing XII you can apply online through the college website, sxccal.edu.

Bachelors of Arts ( History, Geography, Political Science, Philosophy, Psychology or Archaeology (select Institutes only), etc.
Mass Communication, Journalism
Fashion Designing
Hotel Management
BA in a foreign language
Law - BA LLB, BBA LLB
BBA/BMS

Many are there. BA French or German. Look for a course which has both. There is a huge demand in IT sector. Teaching sector and tourism industry, etc. Point is, there isn't much competition and high pay.
Secondly, you can select such BA branch that is not regular one. In three years time, there's a good chance.
