No, you can not directly pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course after 12th arts. In India, you can pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course only after completing a Bachelor degree in any discipline. However, there are a few universities that offer a 5-year integrated LL.B. Course after 12th arts. But if you pass 1st PUC with PCMB as your subjects then there is no chance to change it. Always select the subject which interests you and what you want to pursue in future. Even subjects which are interesting to you may be difficult.

It's not possible to change a stream in 12th but yes there is no restrictions after 12th. You can't go in any other field, you can choose your career option, you check eligibility for it.

Class 12th exam is a Once-and-for-all exam which can not be altered in any case once the result has been declared. The graduation marks are a seperate thing and field of study and does not in any manner affect the class 12th marks.
