Yes, you can do computer Science course even if you have not studied Maths in your earlier studies but studying Maths will help you in Computer Science.

B.Sc. Economics is best option where you can do much better as B.A. You'll learn practical problems more than theory with Maths. But B.A. Economics with Maths stats and eco best combo for B.A. Also much better but package are different. Research both and find your area of interest where you want to go theory or not.

Class 12th marks do have a little role in clearing the cutoff marks of certain colleges. But if you clear the entrance exams of any college, it will not impact that much in the admission process. But giving you a clear answer it does have certain consequences.
