Yes, you can do it!
Firstly, there is no matter about Hindi and English. As a commerce student has no option, they are always considered as English student because accounting will be done with English not Hindi how would you make a balance sheet and profit and loss accounts in Hindi.
Secondly, it's up to ur skill in which part you are strong which one is not.

In an order to get a good college or even just to enroll in any course in any given college, you must clear your compartment exam. Most colleges don't give you admission in any course if you have a compartment in any subject. The fact that you scored well in other subjects will be overlooked and will not matter.

You can do English honors or any other course even B.Sc through distance learning mode. Along with it, you can learn any foreign language. Japanese can be preferred or you can prepare for bank PO, along with your graduation or give it after graduation.
