If you choose commerce as your subject, then basically you will have to study accounts business studies and economics in class 11th and 12th. And, after schooling, if you opt for B.Com, there will be these basic sub divided in semesters. So, choose according to your interest. Commerce as a subject, can provide you a lot of explore. You can do Masters in many field after that.

With commerce background, you can't pursue medical course but you can consider clinical psychology programme that's very interesting and challenging field especially in term of human behaviour, reaction and depression.

Hello Aanchal,
After 12th commerce, you can go for for B.Com, BBA or different variations of these two courses. You can go for BA in economics too. After graduation, there are numerous specializations which you can choose.

I think you should not think about the packages first. Just go with your interest and with your skills you will get very good packages. And, if you want some courses without maths, then you can go for different courses related to arts, you can go for mass communication, hotel management, aviation and there are many other courses offered first choose your interest. Good evening,
If you have done you high school from commerce background, it is always advisable to opt for a Bachelor's degree in commerce like B.Com or BBA. Still, if you are interested in software engineering you may go for it. There is no such restriction.
But, my sincere suggestion is to go for B.Com or BBA.
