CCNA is a CISCO certification for Network administration. CISCO certifications are well recognized certifications which can help candidates to have long term well paid networking career. According to me you should go for BA travel and tourism and with that do this certificate. That will help you to understand the industry in a better way and give you knowledge and edge over the other certificates holders.
Plus you will get the Bachelors degree without any delay for your career growth.

These are the courses after 12th for commerce students:
1. B.Com. stands for Bachelor of Commerce. It is generally a 3 years long course.
2. B.B.A. stands for Bachelor of Business Administration. It is a 3 years long course.
3. B.M.S. stands for Bachelor of Management Science. It is a 3 years long course.
4. C.A. stands for Chartered Accountancy. Duration depends on how you take training and clear exams.
5. Integrated Law course. Duration is 5 years. It is a combination of General Graduation course and L.L.B.

Majority of college's mandatory eligibility criteria for admission in BCA is maths at +2 stage. You can do BCA but your choices for colleges will be very limited.

A candidate is eligible for admission in BAF (Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) degree course after passing XII standard from a recognized Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with not less than 45% marks in aggregate in the first attempt (40% in case of reserved category). You will be eligible for BAF if you have scored above 45% in XII standard examination.

Hello Sunny,
You can go for any 1 year Diploma course like hardware and networking or web designing. The cost of these courses are very low as compare to engineering. You will get a good job but with low package in good company.
