According to me you should go for BA travel and tourism and with that do this certificate. That will help you to understand the industry in a better way and give you knowledge and edge over the other certificates holders.
Plus you will get the Bachelors degree without any delay for your career growth.

You can go for any 1 year Diploma course like hardware and networking or web designing. The cost of these courses are very low as compare to engineering. You will get a good job but with low package in good company.
