For brighter prospects you must ideally hold a bachelor's and a master's ( for better prospects) degree and must also possess required knowledge and skills. If you hv completed 18 years, you may choose to take up a diploma first as the courses are less expensive in comparison to degrees, once you complete after 2 yrs, you can apply for PR and then go for completion of degree. Check here for courses.
