You may go for B.Com , -BBA, Law, CA, CS, ICWA, advertising, mass comm, banking or diplomas in other vocational courses. Except for Delhi university, entrepreneurship will be considered in best four for merit based selection.

You have to register yourself to cpt before 60 days of the 1st day of month in which cpt examination is to be held. last date for june attemp is 1st april.
yes u can register urself before september to be eligible for december attempt.
there is no limit on attempts to clear any level exams of CA. U HAVE GOT UNLIMITED CHANCES.
but u may have to renew your registeration after particular period iofu r unable to clear ur xams within that period.

u can also make career in share market. doing course like CFA u can earn more money than CA profession.CFA is a globally recognized certification.

After 12th commerce you can get jobs like sales executive, telecaller, Bpo execuitve
Clerk, Cash counter execuitve, receptionist
Airport staff , office assistant
If possible go for graduation where you can get more job profles
Like if you do Bcom you can get junior accountant, bank clerk
Finance jobs, marketing jobs
