You can get admission for Diploma in civil but on you 10th standard marks not on your 12th commerce percentage because you have not done your 11th-12th in Science. So, you want to waste your two years.

Yes, you take political Science honors as you have already done intermediate in arts stream. There is no such hard and tough role to choose honors subjects. Choose your subject as per your interests. So that you will enjoy it and learn a lots from your interested subjects. Best of luck.

I think you should choose BET CBSE or ICSE and PSEB, but CBSE board is better than PSEB, because with CBSE, you'll get better career options with CBSE syllabus in every field either engineering or medicals and commerce too.

It doesn't matter. Only your percentage or CGPA will matter in the end, because these marks will be taken into account and not your Board.
