You can change your stream, if your college allows it, but I have rarely seen any college allowing it after the admission seats are allowed.

So many colleges and universities are there who offers B.Com courses, but the admission depends on the given criteria by the college and universities which includes, so many things in eligibility like your class 12th marks, caste category, subject you want to take and many other things. You need to have scored a minimum of 60% in your class 12th with mandatory subjects like English, Geography.
Candidate must have secure 60% marks in the subject as well. No candidate shall be allowed for admission after a lapse of more than 5 years from the year of passing the previous qualifying examination.
I think you can apply for the course as you have Geography as a subject in your 12th but only with 60% marks in both Geography and English. Once you score the minimum percentage, you can apply for the course.

Go for BBA in Travel and tourism management, it's the best. BBA finance is also a good. You can try for BPH too.

You can give CPT and study CA or else B.Com (H).
