Hi,
Failure is always a beautiful stepping stone for the unimaginable future. I would give you my own opinion, I failed in tenth thinking everything ended and eventually things changed after 3 repeats in the failed subject. I went to score distinction in 2nd PU and an author and luckily a good degree in my hand. See opportunities are ocean you just need to put the right NET and catch the right one. Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology requires a minimum 45% in boards to apply there and you are way more eligible to apply for it.

You can go for BBA at graduation level and MBA at Masters level as it doesn't include accountancy and related subjects.

It all depends on how good you are in your subjects. If you have string base in accounts and you feel that you can handle it conceptually and you have interest in finance then you can definitely go for CA or CS. If you are good in theory subjects you thinks that you understands it well then you can do BBA after which you can pursue MBA as well, which is all about applying your knowledge in different areas. If you have different mind set that you have to do government jobs than its all together different face of a coin you have to prepare for various entrance test for banking, SSC railways, lic and many more for this start your preparat

There various options are available for you after class 12th. You can apply for NDA exam, 10+2 based and other options is after graduation. But, my suggestion is that you can join in NCC after class 12th, and after completion of NCC, you should try for SSB by direct interview based.
