6th subject is counted as an extra subject but you can reappear for it to increase your percentage. But for admissions 5 subjects are countable.

For a good career in commerce I will suggest you that pursue B.Com first with good marks. Then you can do MBA, M.Com, CA or CS.

Yes, you can do BCA after 12th. But for BCA maths is compulsory.
