Hi Swagatam!
The cut-off of St Xavier, Kolkata is generally above 90%. So if you secure above 90%, then only you have the chance to get admission in the B.Com course.

I will like to tell you that there is nothing better or best in any stream. Both stream are best, if you want your sister to opt Science then after class 12th, she can do pharmacy, engineering, medical, B.Sc BCA. If your sister takes admission for commerce, then she can do CS, CA, CMA, B.Com, BBA, BCA Law.

In any commerce or management studies, there will be account so there is no option in B.Com or BBA. There will be account compulsorily. So, after your PU commerce, you can choose BCA. There will be mathematics for 1 or 2 years. (Depends on University).
