NDA is entry level exam for defence for all three wings like army navy and air force if you go in army you can pass you 12 with any site like commerce and arts but if you looking for navy and air force you need to pass your 12 standard with physic and Maths both is compulsory for navy and air force.
It's good if you want to join army you completely your 12 in commerce.
Nda exam was conducted by UPSC and exam was conducted in a year twice and exam was pattern is 2 exam conducted as same day and 1 is Maths and 2 is English.

Yes, You are eligible for joining B.Com even without having Maths as your subject. B.Com eligibility includes class 12th pass with a percentage of atleast 50% irrespective of the stream and board.

The company secretary course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. It is a pan India organisation which has chapter offices all around the country. You need to register yourself with the Institute and you can go ahead with the CS course. It is also worth noting that CS is not conducted by any university or college.
