Hi Dev, Studying abroad and the processes differ from country to country. You have to meet the eligibility criteria and take entrance tests. These are not the same everywhere. You have to therefore choose a country of your choice and apply to a number of universities. This will require you to do some research, you have to visit university websites, the programs, admission deadlines, and fees etc. And decide. As for class 12th requirements, it is better if you have a good first class percentage. Entrance exams generally required are SAT ACT, IELTS and TOEFL.

Most colleges require engineering aspirants to be from a science background. However, there are many institutes which you can apply to via entrance exams. You will have to check if you meet the minimum criteria for admission to B.Tech programmes in different colleges. If you have a college in mind, let me know so that I can populate relevant details.
Regards.

Hi, It depends on your definition of good earning, what kind of job you want to do? You may have different interests than mine so always know what you want, your career plans, etc. And decide accordingly. Since you are from commerce background, I can suggest you to get into a full-time accounts or finance course which are also the hot sectors in these countries.
