Since you are from SC category, you can get a seat if you have a score of 100 and above in JEE Mains. I don't think it's good to drop a year.

If you have interest in programming, gaming and other stuff related to computer then choose BCA or Computer Science. If you want to grow make your career in the business administration field then choose BBA. If you want to establish yourself in the field of construction then go for civil engineering.

You have a selection of every course which is offered to student who have done 12th as a regular mode. So, first, make a decision of which subject you like the most. And on that basis, make your course selection for your graduation.
