There are many course options available. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal. After 12th in science if you have studied biology, physics and chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry or biotechnology only if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).

Yes, maths is a compulsory subject in 12th science. There are in total 5 subjects in 12th. Those are physics, chemistry, match's, English and the 5th one is optional; either you can take computers or physical education.

Your marks are very low most of the time the admission for general category closed above 90 and your marks are deducted when the percentage calculated against the cut off released by DU because you are fro. Science background and didn't studied any subject of B.Com. If you belong to general category your chances are very low to get admit in this course. If you belong to ST category maybe you get admission. But don't lose hope; wait till the last cutoff comes. You can check out last year cut off released by DU on their website.
