Both are better, but BCA gives you more focus on computer. But in B.Sc, Physics and Maths are also there as a main subjects in both 6 semesters.

With a good percentile (99.5+) and a good GD-PI Extempore, you can get into FMS.

The ideal option would be to pursue a B.E. /B.Tech degree or a B.Sc. Physics degree. You may further do your M.Sc. In Space Science, Astrophysics, Astronomy etc. Following a Ph.D. for more research work in your field.

Hi Glenn, what you study really depends on your interest. Also depending on the subjects you studied you can consider BCA B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. IT, BMS etc. For better guidance, please specify the subjects you had in 12th.

You can for BCA degree! Many colleges and institution provide BCA degree to non-maths students!
