Many state governments have introduced common entrance test for admission to the hotel management colleges. But others allow admissions based on marks obtained in 12th. You will have to check on the website of your state.

BBA is professional course, it relates theory with practical knowledge most of the subject are theoretical in nature, so logically you don't need to work hard in this. Management is like professional degree, there is no need of any particular skills you have to pursue all kinds of skills. A manager need to have all the skills, because you do know which skills you required at your organization.

Toughness of a course mostly depends on the aptitude of the candidate and their ability to read and understand a course better than the other. It is mostly a state of mind. Diploma in architecture is as tough, if not tougher than its counter part (Diploma in Civil engineering). Architecture is of 5-5.5 years duration wheres a B.Tech in civil engineering is of 4 years duration.
You should pursue a course which you feel comfortable doing/studying, and where your interest lie. Regards.

Admission process for B.Sc physics course is merit-based. Most of the colleges in India that offer B.Sc physics provide direct admission to candidates on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2, which is determined by the cut-off lists generated by each college. Candidates can seek admission if his marks match with the cut off announced by a college.
B.Sc physics Eligibility
Interested aspirants for the course are required to fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.
10+2 completed from a recognised educational board
10+2 must be completed in science stream
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English are compulsory
