It clearly depends on what you want & out of Biology, Biochemistry & Maths which all you have in class 12th. VJTI admits students through JEE marks as well as MHTCET marks. However, for students presently going on to 12th standard, it's a little dicey as there may be an official announcement soon regarding MHTCET removal. It may be through JEE only if that happen.

First you need to complete your under graduation to do your post graduation. Yes, after taking science in 12th and degree, you can take up MBA.
