Hi,
With this percentage, you can not get admission on merit based. What you can do now is that you should prepare for cracking any entrance exam of your interest. For .Sc, you can go with Jamie, it also conducts entrance for various courses, IPU also conducts entrance exams, DU conduct entrance exams for two courses 1.B.Tech (IT & maths innovation) 2. BA
Both are good courses.

You can also improve your 12th scopes by filling up the improvement form. You have to give all papers next year and if you are willing, you can improve your scores.
I suggest you to focus on improving your score, it will open up many of the shattered opportunities for you.

No, it is not possible for universities which give admission on merit base but you can search and try for universities such as Jamia, IPU, etc. which give admission on entrance bases in various courses. But they are almost close now for this year.

Hi Vinay,
If you are interested in science subjects then you can go for B.Sc in any of the core subjects i.e. in PCM. If you are an average student then it might be difficult for you to do regular B.Sc from DU as you belong to general category.
There are some universities such as Jamia which give admission through entrance but its form filling ended in Feb or March.
You can do B.Sc from IGNOU distance learning.
Along with it, you can learn any foreign language. Japanese can be a preferred option. The other option rather than pursuing B.Sc can be English (Hons.) through distance learning from DU.
