There is only one thing that you can do now and that is to appear for improvement exams to score a better percentage. Only that will help you get into a good college and then will land you in a good job.

Go for a Master's degree in the field you are interested in. If you want a lot of options go for MBA. It will help you specialise in a specific sector and give you good scope.
