I will recommend you to take a psychometric test to help you find the areas where you could most likely succeed. If you want to go into fields related to medical here are some options

Food and Nutrition

You have to just revise your subjects daily. You can also buy some handbooks. The best way is to study daily. Just two months before exam buy a 10 years solved and study it.

B.Com Self-Financed Courses like BBI ( Bachelors in Banking and Insurance) or BAF ( Bachelors in Accounting and Finance) and BFM (Bachelors in Financial Markets)
Since you have Math as a subject, you could think of options related to computers which includes either BCA or a B.Sc IT course.
