You have scored that are really low. I would sincerely advise you to leave obsession of engineering. But if you must then only management quota will get you admission.

This is normal for students at your age. Best thing is to know the areas of your interests, strengths and weaknesses. I will recommend you to take a psychometric test to help you find the areas where you could most likely succeed. If you want to go into fields related to medical here are some options
MBBS
BDS
Bachelor in nursing
B.Pharm
BPT
B.Sc in biology
B.Sc in forensic sciences
Food and Nutrition
Health Sciences
Genetic Sciences
Microbiology

B.Com Self-Financed Courses like BBI ( Bachelors in Banking and Insurance) or BAF ( Bachelors in Accounting and Finance) and BFM (Bachelors in Financial Markets)
